Arabella was sitting in the Ravenclaw common room, reading one of her favorite books for the millionth time. She had come back early from dinner so she didn’t expect anyone to be barging in anytime soon.

Arabella walked silently down the corridor towards the potions classroom. She was always terrified coming this way because she knew that her biggest enemy, Will Darwin, was a Slytherin and spent most of his time lurking down here waiting to prey on helpless first years, or worse, her. Keeping her head low she moved faster, the sound of low rumbling laughter followed her, gradually getting closer...
